I ordered and paid for the Britney Bedroom set. After 3 weeks I still have not received the dresser. Although the customer service within the store was good and the consultants did their best to assist,the despatch kept making promises on when I will receive my order. Today I found out that I need to wait another two weeks - completely unacceptable. Refunds are apparently only processed on Wednesdays so if it falls on a public holiday, no one can assist. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend Essops at all.
Worst experience. After paying for my lounge suite there was no communication as promised. Paid for delivery with no communication. No answer when phoning. Promises with no product delivery.
Corina was so helpful and friendly. She has a wonderful sense of humour and made sure my order ran smoothly. Thank you Corina for your excellent service.
My first lounge suit with Essops had minor defects and I reported it. The lady who helped me when I reported this was friendly and understood my concerns. The lady by the name of Corina helped me and now Essops has replaced my lounge suit and I am very happy. I will always come back and buy as you have shown me respect and professionalism. Thank you guy more especially Corina.
I put a laybuy of prega lounge suit and Vo coffee table, finished to pay yesterday. I was assisted by Corina what a professional customer care she gave me. She took me through terms and conditions and how to take care of my furniture, of which other shops don't do. I love her professionalism and a good sense of humor. You surely have an asset in her.
I bought a dinning set, told it will be delivered 28 December, nothing came through, called on the 6th of January was told about the 17th of January, then called again was told of 28th January as delivery. Today it’s 1st of February and I still do not have anything. Everytime I call they tell me they will defiantly call me to give me update but nothing happens.
Poor customer service, have been waiting for my delivery since Sept, nothing recieved even now. They dont call customers to inform them about delays with shipment instead they wait for you to fo follow ups and tell you lies.Corina lacks ethics and morals, she is so incompetent and rude. No professionalism at all. My worse experience ever!
I had been looking for the Cavalli console in silver for months as it was out of stock. I phoned the Boksburg store and Tammy promised me she would let me know when the shipment came in and she kept her promise to let me know. She was so friendly and professional. What a pleasure to deal with her. The whole experience was fantastic. Thank you Tammy!
Ordered a item which needed be special made I paid a deposit as I was told it will allow them to begin manufacturing, 3 months later I still don't have my item, I called every week to find out where my item is I was told its at the warehouse they don't have trucks it will come Friday I then called and was told that I need to make a full payment before it can be delivered 2 weeks later after the item was paid full same excuse no truck's I decided to go to the warehouse to collect myself since the staff kept saying its at the warehouse just to find out the item hasn't even been made yet after 3 months of waiting I could have gone to China mall n received better service and information. Don't think I'll buy from essops boksburg ever again
Worst experience ever. Moving to a new home was exciting so we picked our coaches and paid for them 2 months in advance. On the day of delivery we get told that they are no longer available. And this we only find out after we phoned them to follow up on the delivery. They never phone you back... You need to phone them and follow up. Really disappointed with the whole Essops experience.
