Very pathetic branch and useless products. Very miserable customer service starting from the boksburg branch to the core of their head office customer service. I regret buying 2 mondi beds from UFO it's been a nightmare from day one and they take no responsibility. Please stay away from UFO and their products
This Boksburg store MUST be making milions! Sales people sitting on the couches, on their phones, music blaring and not even acknowledging me walking in. I am SO in the market for new couches but hey, if you cant even greet me, dont expect my hard earned Rands. Had a walk through on my merry own and left, no goodbye either. Will never even try to go there ever again, even if its the last place in town. By the way, spent 40k at their other store in Marlboro a few years back, where I had great service.
You should consider including dimensions to your online products, it helps to make an informed decision especially for online shoppers like me. It's very risky buying furnitures without knowing the measurements. My pair of occasional chairs look gorgeous though, great quality.

Was hoping to get some good deals, well, next time I hope. Very big store and like the fact that they have mostly contemporary furniture which suits most customers including those who stay in upper units in complexes. Friendly staff members and very professional.
Looking for a coffee table, was pleasantly surprised with their variety of modern tables and all other variety of furniture at very reasonable prices. For someone starting new, would pop around there. Obviously quality on some items are matched with price. For a new couple, you could decorate your place matching a Corricraft or more modern look at a fraction of the cost. Definitely worth a look. Must mention that most of the items target the new trend of smaller appartments. 4 stars because of the modern styling and related pricing and excellent service
We were there with my fiancé on the 8th of May at Kempton Park, festival mall and there was no one to even help us. The customer service is so poor it was shameful. There was furniture we wanted but ended leaving the store as no one attended us yet alone look at us Very disappointed
Great place for quality furniture. Expensive, but definitely good value for money.
Ok to stop here, nice items on display
