Volpes Boksburg

This is possibly the most friendly store I have been in for a while now. The staff are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful on their products. Although the store is above average in price the quality of products is also above average. They don’t have a huge variety but they do have a selection of good products.

Tills a bit slow and some till operators accommodate those that jump the qué. Also seem to have a system of rewarding those who assist you and that results in some unprofessional behaviour. Otherwise great as in any Volpes although at other branches the staff seemed to be much more professional in their behaviour and there are not always long ques.

Volpes has really very good quality merchandise, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Boksburg branch.

Great selection of everything you need for your linen cupboards. The staff are ready to advise you on colour coordination and accomodate any issues with previous purchases. Make sure to check up their specials, you may hit a bargain. Good quality products too- never had an issue with them

Drove all the way from Volpes Centurion as no one assisted me. Bianca at the Boksburg branch went out of her way to help me find the curtains I've been looking for. I haven't seen such great service in a retail store in a very long time. Everyone was friendly and more than happy to help. Would definitely recommend speaking to Bianca if you need something.
