Two months had passed and the funds has not cleared my chase account in USA. I tried to get help from Chase in USA and they said they are independently run and they can’t help me so I decided to come to Frankfurt to see what happens to my funds so I came to their office and have the concierge service called the manager upstairs who made me wait about 10 minutes just to give me the news to file a complaint with chase in USA. The banker had the nerves to say that to me so I am in process of hiring a local lawyer to try to resolve this matter.
