What an amazing shop and staff! I needed a new battery fully charged for my camera because you know, life happens, and mine gave up on me the day of an important shoot I phoned Film Gear Accessories and they had one, fully charged! Thank the Lord I stayed on the phone with the employee as I was starting to get worried because I couldn't find the shop and kept going in circles. This man ran out with a card machine, my new battery and the biggest smile on his face to meet me in the middle of the road, and sell me this battery, so I can grab and go when I was done paying, he said "now roll your window up and get out of here" - concerned about my safety too! In the 3 or 4 frantic calls I made, I forgot to get the employees name. But I will DEFINITELY be supporting them again, as their customer service is beyond compare! Thank you so much for being my savior yesterday!

Purchased a canon m50 and after using it minimally for around a year it froze and would no longer turn on. I took it to a Canon repair center who states it was tampered with. Clearly they sell damaged cameras that haven't been properly prepared and take no responsibility for it when they pack up.
