Joburg North SDA Church

Lovely warm and welcoming church. Great music and interesting services.

Initially cold, as most SDA churches are. A bit cliquey but if you keep attending eventually people will warm up and you'll feel welcome and at home. First service is classic, the way we should worship song from the hymn book and older crowd. Second service is totally different - younger crowd and singing songs written by Hillsong/Bethel/Elevation etc charismatic Sunday churches whose theology isn't in alignment with our beliefs as Adventists. We are called to stand apart and be peculiar - not to become more like the world.

Child friendly church. First service is the old school style which I like and second service is more conventional. Caters for all

I am Tesema from Ethiopia and I attended Naturena Seventh Day Adventist Church for worship today 22.09.2019.I googled for nearest Adventist church as I do when I am away from home and that is how I ended up at Naturena Seventh Days Adventist church. I am happy and blessed with the worship I had.But, to my surprise I was not welcomed as a visitor which is a culture of the church to do so normally visitors are welcomed in a special way.I believe I was very visible as a new comer to this small congregation church.But,no one dared to talk to me. Church please welcome guests. Tesema.

A great place of worshipping with family and friends. Children are of all ages are welcomed.
