Been shopping here for over 5yrs now and I love this place, the staff and owners are great! Best prices in town. Always helpful.
Poor Customer Service and Prejudice. The elderly lady that stands by besides the counter and elderly guy can be very mean and bitter. Watchout for their disparaging remarks and prejudice comments if you buy a few items. I bought whip cream and 2 slabs of chocolate to the total amount of R161. Then the elderly guy said to me. How much is the tap? When I asked him what he meant. He then said never mind English is not you first language. He then slammed the chocolate on top the counter that it broke.
Poor service de elderly lady who stand infront when i asked something was annoyed as if she can vomit n elderly guy at de till was very bitter n staring at me like a suspect, pls advice dem to learn how to treat customers, their service is always bad
Bad Customer Service I got there a minute before their closing time and they were still by the door. The elderly lady couldn't careless what I wanted, I asked if they closing and she like " no we not closing we closed in a rude way while the guy locked up " . If you are customer centric am sure a minute wouldn't hurt to find out what I needed and maybe try to help. Baking is a happy place , we shouldn't be buying accessories from such people.
Owners are friendly and helpful. They are able to print on rice paper. There are so many cake ornaments to choose from.
Great selection, good price. Eduardo makes best edible pictures! My one stop shop to stock up on cake boards, sprinkles, food colours and baking ingredients
I do agree with other customers about that lady, not sure if she’s the supervisor, but she isn’t good for the place. I would give the shop 5 stars based on the way the cake printing guy helps customers…but the lady and the old guy…nah. If the shop wants to retain clients, they need friendlier staff like guy that prints.
Horrific customer service - called in and spoke to a very impolite man to get pricing on a few items because their website has no pricing. He was just rude. Won't even bother going there, definitely not worth the drive if the phone call was already on a negative scale rating.
Customer service is terrible barring the kind young gentleman behind the counter Lady on the floor is rude and totally unhelpful - such a shame as it doesn't take much to be kind, helpful and perhaps deliver service with a smile
Everything you need to bake a storm. Ingredients are fresh.
