We experienced good sarvis PROPACK 2019.

Consultations take 1 week minimum. The customer service seems under staffed or just bad. Do better guys.

They provide all quality packaging materials at affordable prices. There stuff members are professionals and friendly. I will recommend anyone or any business which needs there products.

Went to order packaging for a new product. So far so good.  Helpful  gentleman attended to me. Phone etiquette needs serious attention though. Some clients might be put off by the abrupt conversations. Almost as if the receptionist is tired of that job. Perhaps a lateral move to packaging?.

Great customer care. Especially Cora. She quick to understand your requirements and act swiftly.  Keep up great work

I waited  too long at the Reception after placing my order to be served  and  the lady at Dispatch  was so helpful and doesn't waste time.

Everything is okey but your front door receptionist has a stinking attitude, always moody n rude .Please have this issue addressed
