Joe Cools North Beach Durban

Absolutely stunning place the food is great, view is amazing, and the cocktails are to die for. And the service Muvo gave us was absolutely a 10/10 that young man knows how to make you wants to spend more, he's so welcoming and friendly. He made our day fantastic, and I wish people who complain about service to be served by him

Getting service is absolutely terrible! The outside bar ladies today are very slow in service, not attentive at all. You literally have to beg to be served or recognized to order at this bar. I believe it would be most helpful if the service was quick. At the moment, there is no urgency in the way the bar ladies are serving. We left without being attended to. Even to purchase a single round of drinks at the outside bar.

I really enjoy their platters and combos, their pizza! Deboinairs really need to take notes. Cool place to take your significant other or your crew but they have great views for those ista snaps. NB: The manager guy needs to be humble and treat customers correct otherwise good vibes.

This is really good place with the ocean view i had an amazing time....i urge people to check out their cocktails and the Pizza is to die for....i can truly say it bits some of the top brands in SA

First of all the Waiter was a godsend, every problem we had, he came with a solution. My problem is with the manager was very rude and down right inconsiderate. I needed aid when the machine swallowed my money and he said it wasn’t his problem. Well I understand that, but he downright refused to offer any guidance whatsoever when I asked what I should do about the matter. He then has the nerve to just walk away from me & then that’s when the waiter stepped in and helped out. I hate complaining but at that point I just couldn’t hold it in.

Top place I am from Joburg, I was in Durbz for two days. The waiters are friendly and drinks are affordable. I am planning to come again soon....

Great service.. Sthelo the waiter was absolutely amazing. I never remember waiters names but he was so genuine. Thank you Tobias the manager for the good time we had. Sthelo was so polite, well mannerd and genuinely human that I would ask for him to serve me everytime I go to Joe cools.

Great location. Sipping on your cocktail while watching the beach waves. Drinks are at a reasonable price. The service is not so great. Later on in the day there's loud music which makes it hard to engage with the people you are with, but great place for turn up.

Very good place to chill during the day and party with good music at night
