I was particularly impressed by the service there from everyone. The reception, the bar, etc. All were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was ok. It's also very clean and welcoming so I was happy with everythingRooms: 5/5

Rooms: well equipped, nicely maintained clean rooms  Breakfast: good variety, full english breakfast, 190Rands  They also serve dinner meals.  Staff: Generally warm and pleasant staff Note: weekdays the hotel is packed, during weekends not so crowded  Hotel meals are quite expensive, Malva pudding here is disappointing though.  Stayed here for 2 weeks  Safety: Very safe Fenced vicinity With security guards  Food & drinks: Free ice There is complimentary water on the reception you must have your own container  Noteworthy details: Good view of surrounding Good garden

Worst experience of my life. We did not sleep because there were people having a party in die passage until 4:00 in the morning. Everyone made such a noise and the staff did nothing, reception did not answer when we called. It was totally understandableRooms: 1/5

I have stayed here several times and i must say the location is very near the airport and half the cost of the city lodge at O.R tambo i rather stay here or at some airbnb that is quarter the cost around the same area to the airport.  However, i must include the staff is usually great but on one too many occasions i have experienced very poor / rude-like attitude as if i was bothering the staff when i wanted to enquire about something, i saw this happen to several other guests staying here. Apart from that the rooms are average and a good quiet stay with usually good service.

I recently stayed here for two days and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Its splendid convinient location makes this the ultimate stay, be it as you maybe, departing or arriving at OR Tambo international.  Throughout my stay, the staff went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and that my experience was pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and well-presented, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly.

Was here for 2023 Easter holiday. The place is perfect especially when one is travelling. The location is convenient and closer to the airport. The have an exceptional service amazing, friendly staff and keep it up

Edit: further reduced rating, taxi organised via hotel 15 mins late, each party paid R100 for they're own trip, but then need to share and squeeze into a sedan, because its the only one coming!  The staff are friendly and rooms clean and comfortable. No shuttle to airport. Their service at dinner was terrible, or rather, there was no service. There were many tables available but all with dirty cutlery. Cleared my own table, got the wrong pizza, had to go fetch everything from the kitchen and bar myself as it was just standing there ice melting and food getting cold, after they repeatedly told me its coming...

Perfect for all travellers. Closer to the airport and the service amazing. I received such a warm reception. Mr Miya the waiter, he makes you feel home away from homeRooms: 5/5

The rooms are beautiful  The rooms are big The rooms have a nice shower  & beautiful too I felt very safe there  The hotel is just next to the road  The place is neat  The service is great   However, they don't provide fridge & microwave in the rooms

I enjoyed my stay there. Everything was clean and service was excellent. The food was amazing too. Will definitely recommend Rooms: 4/5
