One of my go-to places in Ghent. Quality is very consistent been there 4-5 times, surprising dishes, always keeping true to their concept. Nice wine pairings. Lovely owners and service. Could go here every day.Food: 5/5

If you like seafood and fish with a refined and modern twist, John Dory is the place to be in Ghent. We loved the combination of flavours and the top quality produce. Great wine list and super friendly and helpful staff.

The food was excellent. The attention to details like the fish leather pouches for the cutlery was a nice touch but the wines were not on par with the food for me.Food: 5/5
