We went there recently for the long weekend. Yes it is a municipal part but- wow I can’t be more impressed! They have an outdoor heated pool which is the “perfect” temperature. Not too hot not too cold. Who knew you you swim comfortably in May! Added bonus is the full time lifeguard on duty- doesn’t mean send you child unaccompanied! There were sewer issues in the one ablution block, however they tried everyday to resolve the problem. I don’t think their old infrastructure knew how to cope with over 100 caravans for the first time in years! Yes their were the odd power issues but again… they kept trying every day to resolve it and prevent it from happening! The downfall is the busy road, but once you tune it out and it becomes white noise you admire the magaliesburg mountain range!!! I
Goodness grief. This place used to be beautiful. Everything was working properly. Staff was sober and friendly. But everything is going down the drain so quickly that this place wont last much longer. Nothing works properly. Some Staff member harasses people while he is far from sober. No security at night. I will definitely not send my biggest enemy there.
Bathrooms are neat and tidy, security are very friendly, lawns are well maintained..thank you for making our late arrival convenient and without fuss!
Very nice, we hired a venue afdak with braais and it was not so expensive. They can may be just check the bathroom, toilet facilities. But I will recomend to any one who want to hold a function.
Arrived and setup for the long weekend, so far, the park looks neat and tidy, and seems to be rather well setup.
This place used to be so nice to come to but the new management make you feel like a criminal you are not allowed to wash washing because the stuff is always broken and you can only wash when they allow it I'm sorry but looks doesn't make a place the vibe you get does and this one is bad
Staff friendly, rooms clean, don't have a convenience shop for necessaties, quiet and clean ablution facilities.
Not a bad park. Ablutions could do with a little sprucing up, but otherwise a pleasant park.
