They do a good job cleaning. However I’d like if you could update your opening hours. It says you close at 7pm and I’ve rushed back from work several times to find you’re closed as early as 6:40pm

For anyone wanting to return a UPS pacers, don’t bother. For the shop owner. Don’t bother putting a UPS sign outside your shop if you aren’t going to accept them..  The lady said ‘we don’t accept Amazon parcels’ well for one it wasn’t even an amazon parcel. Basically they don’t have the equipment required to accept UPS returns so just don’t bother. Will have to find another location for UPS drop off. I will also be making a complaint to UPS.

Easily the worst customer service I have ever received. They made my curtain to the wrong dimensions wasting a lot of valuable material and then after offering to have another go they forgot to log the job in their system. I went in 4 times to collect my curtain over a period of a couple of months and every time they told me to come back in a few days. On the final attempt I asked for a refund and ended up having to argue with the manager for 20 mins on the phone who could not have been more rude. Ended up taking what remained of my material to their competitor across the road and they couldn’t have been more of a contrast - incredible friendly and did the job well!

Wish my parcel got returned back to the sender. Instead I had to collect if from this jumble sale dry cleaners. Worst staff I have ever met in my life. Couldn't believe how I was spoken too. Boycott this place they don't deserve any custom.

I have used these dry cleaners for years and would certainly recommend them. Unfortunately on a recent visit my shirt was misplaced. After making contact the issue was finally resolved. I will give then the benefit of doubt and continue to use them as they've always provide a good service.

Can’t rate jubilee cleaners high enough. They are always willing to go the extra mile if I have a last moment panic… A frequent thing in my household. Shirts sparkling , sheets as good as new and generally everything I bring in comes back looking a lot better that when it went in! Thank you.

Awful customer service. Originally promised my garment would be ready on Friday, and when I arrived I was told it would not be ready until the following day. When I did get the garment back, it still had all the dirt marks on it which I wanted removed, hence why I chose to have it dry cleaned. To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss my dissatisfaction the response I got was "why", and "no one would be able to clean it, I would pay you double if you can, if you can't you pay me double". Rude behaviour and I definitely will not be returning. I advise the same.

Avoid! Your clothes are not safe with this company. Jubilee Dry Cleaners offers to collect dry cleaning and laundry from your home. They do not provide receipts for what they collect. They '"lost" a full batch of our clothes and linens "Sorry, we had a fire at Jubilee Cleaners". Our family has suffered severe financial loss as the Italian Pratesi bedlinen that they originally acknowledged as having been burnt in their fire cost many thousands of pounds. They have offered no compensation for our loss. After pressing them to make good the loss, they stalled for months and then denied ever having collected the clothes and linen in question! We assume they have no insurance. Mr Barry Amin, the proprietor, is entirely dishonourable. We will be posting reviews everywhere in London to warn others until we receive compensation. You have been warned.
