Service here is dreadful. Was seated and then told the waiter would be with me shortly to take a drinks order... After 30 minutes of being ignored by all the waiters walking up and down past my table, I got up and left. Two things to note. 1. Even when called, the waiters prefer to have a social chat with one another, on their phones, etc. 2. My table was in a busy thoroughfare. So no excuses here.
Most gracious service, most delicious food, superb wines. Heaven is a place and I have been there, take my word for it. The Karoo is one of the highlights of my life. I go there as often as time and money allow.
Unfortunately they are not sufficiently stocked with the main meals that are served such as ribs, chops etc A real let down as we were here to celebrate a great evening and they just let us down. Go to the Karoo cattle at Irene mall for a better experience
terrible and customer service , food also not well prepared and served cold. the manager didn't even want to address my complaints. will never eat here again
The service is terrible, we had multiple mistakes on our order. It is a shame though, because the food was enjoyable.
Always have good service. Great food prepared just how I like it. Brings back memories.
