Great spot, however the staff doesn’t bother cleaning the floor and tables after customers have used it. Crumbs on the floor and dry coffee marks on the table. Used the sanitizer on the front desk and had to ask for a serviette to wipe down the table and the lady just looked at me doing what’s meant to be her job. Wow are they even trained? Today was the third time I went in to get a smoothie and the experience hasn’t been pleasant. The employees are continually chitchatting loudly. They can practically be heard from the back of the shop while dining outside in front. Certainly, not an experience one would expect from a new shop in the neighborhood. Going back to being a regular at the Seattle coffee shop next door. Will continue supporting Kauai just not that particular shop sadly it’s really close to my home. Thanks. All the best.
The staff are screaming in the kitchen making the experience really loud and unpleasant. They managed to get my drink order wrong while placing it and gave me the wrong food order. Food is always good but the service is shocking.
