You can't go closer to the restaurant because it's inside the gym. And if you are not a member, you will wait around reception and stand. There are no chairs or anything. And there's no option to dine there unless you are a gym member. They don't ask how you'd like your eggs doneFood: 3/5
Small store located within the Virgin Active. Not the full range of products, but they have all the essentials. The iced coffee and the smoothies are a hit, as well as their wraps. Generally the staff are quite friendly and pleasant
What an absolute shocker. Firstly you are unable to enter the gym to the Kauai without filling out a whole form for Virgin Active. I am visiting the Kauai not the gym. Why should I share all my personal details with Virgin Active just to buy from Kauai. That is absolutely the most crazy thing I have ever heard of.
The staff are extremely unfriendly and frankly rude to the customers. The staff make as though they are doing you a favour. As a paying customer I don’t appreciate being treated this way.
In-store staff are extremely unfriendly - it's as if they are doing you a favour by helping you. Busisiwe in particular should not be dealing with customers.

DA BOMB ! Friendly service and excellent fresh food ! Always willing to make a regular feel special with a Smoothie or Delicious wrap waiting for you when you are done with your workout !
After a week and a half of trying to get a smoothie the QR scanner didn't work two times and then the third time they didn't have the ingredients. Really disappointed.
It's so easy and so close I mean it's in the Gym it offers protien shakes if you are needing one after a good work out. It have a wide variety of shakes and food options as well quick and easy on your way out of the gym. The only problem is you probably have to be a member of the gym to take advantage of the kuaui as it is beyond the reception desk that's the only down side of it being in the location it is in.
Bought a quesadilla, very stingy with cheese. It's 7 mins drive to the office, by the time i got to the office the wrap was wet , dripping watery stuff from peppers. Never had such experience from other Kuai, have ordered using Mr delivery which takes even longer , but got my order in a perfect state. Today i decided to go myself as when i send the driver they never attend to him promptly
