So beautiful! The people are welcoming and proud of their island, such a wealth of knowledge! From east to west, north to south, the most beauty nature has to offer!

It is called the garden island for a reason. The views are breathtaking. The scenery is so lush and the oceans so blue. What is not to like.

It's a paradise with many beautiful views and warm water. Snorkeling is amazing there. Spent a week in August and definitely want to come back.

Wonderful experience. Visited for 7 nights and did a lot of site seeing via the ground and air. Traffic is a bit challenging at times. There's really only one highway.
Definitely not what it used to be before Covid. Entirely too many people there now. Lines for all breakfast places, many closed businesses and the traffic is horrendous. We’ve visited many time before and just took our boys there for their first time seeing the ocean. It was also our 15th Anniversary and this trip overall was disappointing given the hoard of self-centered oblivious tourists, the impossible traffic and all the restaurant lines. Just entirely too many people there now. And with prices being absurdly high, waiting in lines to eat and dealing with the horrendous traffic, we won’t be going back anytime soon. It’s time to look for alternatives to Hawaii.
Incredible fauna. Our trip was an amazing adventure. My girlfriend almost lost her foot to a big animal jumping out of the forest. Thank god we got the electric fence powered back on just in time otherwise we wouldn’t have made it back home.
Kauai is my favorite island in Hawaii and, in my opinion, the most beautiful place in the world! It's called the Garden Island and it's easy to see why. It's just beautiful with all the green foliage and tropical flowers. The McBryde Gardens is a must see! The crystal blue waters are great for snorkeling. The waterfalls are amazing. There is so much to do or if you prefer just relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The only down side of going to Kauai is having to leave. I wish I could live here!
