The best service I've received in years!! KCR and the sales Lady Rene I cannot thank you enough for the assistance and great helpful and speedy service. After I ordered parts through my local dealers in Port Elizabeth only to be given the run around for 4 months i finally demanded a refund and looked else where!! Once I got my refund I called KCR and Rene was swift in assisting in ordering and supplying me with original parts from suzuki Japan which took no more than 2 weeks to deliver to my door in PE! Awesome service and awesome staff thanks again. Highly recommended!!

Terrible service from front of house Mxolisi Dhlamini, phoned to have a tank relined, he demanded they need to see the tank to make a formal quote. I said due to travel restrictions I can't bring it in , I stay within a 5 km radius can they perhaps come and collect, reluctantly he said yes he will come on his way to work the next day. 5 Days later, after the pickup, I phone in to ask what is going on as I have yet to receive a single word, no quote nothing. They will have a look now, half an hour later, whatsapped a quote through for x amount. No breakdown just a figure. I declined and want the tank back now suddenly there is a collection fee that has never been mentioned before. i understand there is no such thing as a free lunch however I will not pay for hidden schemes and extortion. If it was disclosed prior to arrangement I would gladly pay. I see few similar ratings about this issue. UPDATE: Thank you KCR for the contact and addressing this matter. Wish you all the best in these uncertain times, we might do business again in the future.

Service is great, they want too help were they can. They have a good knowledge, they can answer most if not all of your questions. The parking and getting to the shop is a bit tricky for first time customers.

KCR is a great motorcycle shop. One of the best. Everytime I have been there they have been so helpful and very reasonable with there prices. When I am looking for any advice when it comes to motorcycles I know for a fact KCR can be trusted.

Took my bike for sprockets and chain recently. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The work done to my bike has been done professionally. I will recommend anyone to take their bike there.

I used to visit KCR Motorcycle Fanatix a lot when I was riding a scooter which I bought there. I also bought helmets and a riding jacket from them. They also serviced my scooter. I found them to be a great place to visit and deal with. They have a big range of fantastic motorcycles. Worth a visit for any bike enthusiast.

We had a charging problem on a bike. We drove it to the shop and asked if they can fix it for us. We used the bike everyday and it was running perfect, it was only the charging. KCR ended up modifying the carburetor because it did not start according to them. Then it started after about 2 months. Then it was a electrical problem, after that it was the clutch, it ended up costing me R6000 rand and I got a bike bike back that I had to take to another bakeshop in Benoni to get it fixed. I did confront the owner and I told him we drove the bike here, he told me in my face I was lying, they will never see my again. This whole process took 6 Months. This was the worst I ever experienced.

Staff was amazingly friendly. Service was excellent!!!!! Though thee only bummer..... Guys you gave me the wrong size seals.no Biggie though. Just rubbers right?
