This place is bad the people that work there are disrespectful pathetic and have a messed up behavior not polite at all

Doesn't even deserve one star the nurses shouted at me as if I was some dog on the side of the street begging for their food,they refused me in the clinic because of a number mix up all I need was to register my pregnancy but the staff was so rude and disrespectful firstly leaving me to stand in the hall while I feel dizzy then leaving the other patients to shout and me and pass hurtful remarks from the registration counter to the nurses they are so rude and don't deserve to be in that career feild

I'm not happy about the nursing sister who turned me off for consultation because i didn't have a doctor's referral letter.

It's a pity there's no Zero I wanted to confirm it myself but wow I stayed there almost 30 min without even being attended they only opened a file and that's it the service there is bad including their long time patient wow if you looking forward to start there make sure you have all day for sitting and moving , their service is kak DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SHOULD COME INTERVENE

Very poor the nurses are working very slow and rude

The service has improved since a few years ago. The staff are trying their best to offer excellent health care. We just need to see more improvement on the issues of long queues.

The service is very poor I don't recommend Kemston Clinic

I was mistreated by the sisters when l went to collect my treatment from this clinic, l was the visitor to the clinic as they said and automatically shouted for just budging in without transfer letter, when l tried to explain that l told my hospital that am visiting jhb and was tod that there is no need for transfer anymore l must just pop in to the nearest clinic for treatment, the sister that attended me pushed 1 container of treatment to me and told me that they work on budget so l must go back to my clinic, she didn't even bother to write or stamp my card to show that l recieved the treatment l had to ask her to write something for me and she grabbed my book with attitude and wrote the date and she told me to go back to Zimbabwe because she assumed that am from Zimbabwe because the last clinic l visited is in Zim so l need to know what to do and where to go if you visit another town

Thanks to the sister who assisted us today at Kempston clinic. Went for covid tests after being shown away at Northmead Clinic. She really made a difference in the manner she assisted us.

The worst services ever amongst all government clinics I've attended. I've been here since 07:30 and now it's 13:17 and I'm still not done with being assisted. Nurses here work extremely slow.
