They are quick with service, it was only last thursday, 6 April where i ordered 3 piece with pap and paid for it,  did not check my order until i get home where i discovered its only2 piece, otherwise i give KFC Brackenhurst 5 star rating, would recommend to everyone

Oh my goodness, oily. When I picked up my piece of chicken, the oil literally dripped off. I felt so sick after eating the one, I nearly threw the box away. The atmosphere was so loud, all the sound coming from the kitchen. When .y sister and I tried to have a conversation, we had to practically yell on each other, u til we decided to just not speak over the noise coming from the kitchen. For the last thing, gloves. Pleaseeeeeee use gloves next time. I don't want to be a Karen, I don't feel like being a Karen. But if you don't wear gloves while you make other people's food, then I'ma be a darn Karen. I don't like people touching or even breathing over my food. And there you guys are, yelling over it , wearing no gloves while you sauce it in oil before you box it and serve it to me.

This KFC doesn't match the standards of all the other KFC's if the meat is fully cooked it's burnt or it has a taste of old oil. The food quality is very poor. Everytiume I buy food here I never enjoy my meal.Food: 2/5

Went to this kfc today, this is the 3rd time, the meat was burnt, you could even smell it before you eat it. The quality at this kfc has gone down. Used to be good. The worst thing i ate today.

Drive through is usually quicker, but at times there is a wait for fresh food up to 15min. Staff is amazing and sit in is great for the family Food: 5/5

The service that I received on the evening of the 11th of January was absolutely appalling in the drive-thru! Staff had terrible attitudes and after waiting half an hour in the drive-thru, I was given my money back because the ice-cream machine was not working? Rather go to Nando's anyday
