I ordered from Uber eats. There was a mistake with my order wrong burger and no coke. I phoned kfc primrose. The service from Dikiledi was excellent. She arranged for a driver to deliver the corrected order to me, which came quickly.Food: 4/5

It's a place with good service and kind people the only problem is they are slow especially after ordering they take time to give the order

Primrose staff always looks tired and irritated, especially drive thru. Even when trying to order something it takes time to arrive and I stay next street to them

Actually l went thru drive thru& these guys where amazing, after ordering it was like l bought the food & already they knew what lm going to buy & it took less than a minute l have already got what l ordered. I love it.Service: 5/5

There have  bad service There close early than  the time is written on their  door If you ask their got attitude

The cashier was friendly engaging, however the lady who handed me my order shouted at me where as she called my number twice before it appeared on the screen. While I was waiting by the counter she didn't pay attention to me yet still continue to call out my number.  I enjoyed the food but my drink was wrong

After waiting 1½hrs for my food on Uber they then told the Uber they can't make my food and just cancelled my order without contacting me. Better KFCs with better service close by.

The place is so packed and poor service too I didn't like this oneFood: 2/5

The lettuce on our burgers wasn't fresh at all, but our chicken and chips tasted good.  Kid-friendliness: You can get toys children there.

It took me years to get my order even if I was using a drive-through.  They should close it.Food: 1/5
