I was very IMPRESSED with the: *professionalism *communication *expertise *services rendered Thank you Collin and Chris. I highly recommend this company. I had literally trawled the internet trying to find help, and some companies did not even bother to respond.

Extremely disappointed. Waited an hour for the locksmith to arrive and he never did. An hour and a half after I have been told multiple different stories and me having to follow up to hear where he is, he arrived after I had left already. No reasons or solutions given to fix the mistake. Unacceptable.

I received very friendly, efficient and helpful device. I went to another key cutting place prior to stopping here and they weren't able to cut my keys but Master Keys did it without any problems. Sanitiser at the door and signs on the floor to ensure social distancing.

Excessively expensive and never came back to me after enquiring about the inflated price. Just ignored me. Might have goos service though.
