KFC

I ordered a catering pack and I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to the Managers, and the team who worked on Thursday 31 May 2023. The food was beautifully cooked and there was a good supply of decent sized chicken portions. All was as usual, very tasty. Your service was amazing, especially helping to load the car in the rain. Great work! and thanks again You're all awesome!

Final Update review Service was fast and the worker was nice but i received wrong amount of change and didn't noticed until i got home and my order request was fore filled, food was bad, the burger bun had chunk of flour on it which is unappealing for look and taste, the chicken was pooling with grease, the chip was leathery and got cool half way and the potato and gravy was an absolute joke. Atmosphere was clean but that its. Overall KFC Northam is alright but with Red Rooster and Maccas being better in town their are much better options for fast food but if you really want KFC go to Mundering KFC, it worth the trip. I will probably never return to KFC Northam.

was pleasantly surprised at the service that the young people gave. It was our first visit to this store and I must say the chicken was cooked to perfection, I just wish I had brought a few more pieces but my waistline wouldn't have. We both did notice though a mop through would have benefited the floor.Food: 5/5

Had to wait for hot and spicy, but well and truly worth every second. I have never eaten such amazing KFC anywhere. Highly recommend. Huge shout out to the drive-thru attendant, she is the absolute bombFood: 5/5

The staff are good natured and friendly apart from one lady called Irene. She is rude, pushes her staff around, yells at and abuses her staff telling them they are uesless while she struts around with her hands in her pockets. It's any wonder this store has a high turnover of staff. On this visit the store had clearly not been cleaned. The tables covered in oil and left over crumbs, the floors had large pieces of rubbish on them and the smell of the toilets made me want to throw up and all the bins were over flowing. Irene is apparently store manager. I feel her position should be reviewed. This is not the first encounter I've had with this woman, one time she called my daughter a s@#t then ran away knowing I couldn't get her. The store owner whom I believe is called Huss is aware of the issues with Irene but does nothing about her. She needs dealing with. Being rude to customers for no reason is not on.

The staff was friendly, but the food order was incorrect, and I had to go back and get the correct meal. They then told me that they have run out of the meal I have ordered and if I would like something similar to what I ordered. Everything worked out at the end. The staff stayed helpful and friendly!!Food: 4/5

Pretty good food and decent service but it’s annoying that they don’t have chicken sometimes.

Paid $6 75 for small amount pf lettuce n 4 corn chips in a large container didnt cover bottom of container Only 1/4 way up the big container 4 corn chips dash jalapaeno dressing Total unacceptable rip off .

Been there three times now and each time my orders haven’t been complete. Missing sauces, buns, even chicken! had to ask for the drink and wasn’t given utensils or offered a bag to carry my orders in. The chicken pieces have been tiny and very dry. Three strikes your out Northam.

I stopped past for lunch and was pretty unimpressed with the service, which I was prepared to look past, until I bit into my chicken... Guys, please lift your game.
