I had to say my order three times and she still got it wrong. First at intercom and twice at the second window. The first window was closed. She made me wait and then whenever she came back she'd ask for the order again. When I explained to her that this is not what I want, she proceeds to ask whether I want my 'three Rands or four rands back' for the difference in the order. She proceeds to tell me that I'm being rude in vernacular and I'm like I'm not being rude for telling you that this is now what I wanted. I had been calm throughout having to repeat myself. What is this? I just moved into town for work and I don't think I will be visiting again. You cannot be handling your customers like this.
The lady working at the drive through station at the last window was so rude and arrogant. I stopped to order there and she asked if I could reverse and drive closer to the window, if she put her arm out the window and I put mine out to reach she could have touched my elbow that's how close I already was. My son started vomiting and still she insisted I pull up closer. So rude! You lost a frequent client! Never will I ever order there again. I will speak to the manager!
When paying you will find that the price is not the same as the one advertised on the board. The lady told me that maybe it's an old price. Ayy shame
Im kind of sad, orderd a 21 peace bucket tonight just to get home and find 19 peaces. I mean one pay for a full bucket.
Burnt meat, doesn't even taste like the KFC we are used to. I couldn't even finish one piece
They sold me rotten meat ...how can you coat and fry meat which you can already see that it's not fresh..or rather good for consumption ? What a waste of money ..I had to throw away everything that I had bought
This is my 3rd time in this store, I have to be honest the service in this store is poor I mean terribly poor. The first time I was here the cashier had an argument with me over a 10c I decided to pick up from the floor claiming the customer gave it to her, my question is since when do cashiers accept money from customers and seemingly there is a tip allowance why is on the floor on the customer's side of the till??? The following day the drive thru was full till the parking lot of the mall plus one customer argued asking why they are not being attended to inside the store we were waiting over 30mins for orders and I only ordered a streetwise 2 it was ridiculous to be honest... and today has to take the cup, I ask the cashier in my exact words "Can I please have your streetwise 3 with chips please" she's answered with a question "our"? I'm like "yes, your streetwise 3" she tells me it's not ours just say you want a streetwise 3 that's it. I couldn't get what I said that she didn't want me to say, i even went to the point of telling her you're wearing a KFC uniform and you're on duty meaning you're representing the company and you're the face of the franchise what does she mean I shouldn't say "their" or "your" streetwise 3... this store has a serious lack of service delivery, customer care and efficiency and its sad its the only store in the town. Looking at your review score 3. Something its a concern especially for a world-renowned franchise.

Always count your pieces before you leave the store. My pieces were shot two times and only realized that while I'm long gone
Highly disappointed when on arrival after seeing the Zinger Double Down was unavailable at the drive thru. Why advertise something on social media when you can't deliver on the ad???
