I'm soo hurt by the service received today. Very bad service. Every second day I buy my little one kiddies snack meal preferably burger meal. Today I bought the same and was told no lattice available, I said it was fine . Only to receive a dry burger without chips or juice and the lady at the pick up window said that's my order and if I want more I should go and start the drive through line again.. I'm so saddened by their attitude. They didn't even care that I waited soo long. Bothata fela.
The service inside was terrible. The drive thru is alright, and the food is pretty good. Only visit if you have lots of time on your hands.Food: 5/5
Not so nice. If you stop there you must first ask what is available because everything is always out of stock or the machine is out of service. Chicken is very oily. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Very disappointing customer service, I was disappointed how they treated a customer by over packing his food and when the paper got torn apart the food fell on the ground, they blamed him and became rude, made the poor customer to pick up the food and go eat it. Please help your stuff improve on customer service. This makes me wonder if the treatment was gonna be the same if the customer was white. Please improve
Even before loadshedding, the were very fast. Only problem was the packingFood: 4/5
There are disrespectful workers , acting like they own the place and telling customers that they are wasting there time when they do not know how to count coins. No wonder people is asking for refunds . Bad management, and I'd rather go to another KFC , where they have more respect.
Service has gotten a bit better than it was... Still a bit unorganized and some rude staff
