I work in the area , and used to buy regularly, Zinger nuggets are advertised but barely ever available. During load shedding they don't operate because apparently there is no generator, No water also equals no service. I will carry on supporting McDonalds just opposite as during load shedding and water failures still manage to provide a service.
The place has been renovated and there's a lot of space to dine in and move around with ease

You people can't possibly be proud of the garbage you're passing off as KFC! I definitely expected a KFC franchise in the township to be disappointing and guess what, it really was. The meat was rock hard and dripping oil. The chips were as cold and chewy as cardboard. The gravy super runny and the mash was completely tasteless. The cabbage thing you call coleslaw... A mess, just a mess, I should demand a full refund for that rubbish you called food but I would rather advise you to take a tour around Mall@Carnival and Nigel KFC and taste what KFC is Supposed to taste, look and smell like, not this rubbish you people serve over there man SIES
Kfc Tsakane mall worst restaurant in the mall, they say they open at 7 but they always close, their service is the worst they always don't have things to serve.... Bad bad bad
Long queues. Staff is polite. Sit in customers leave their used items on the table. There is a bin to through it in. Think staff should educate the sit in customers to use the bin. No one comes to clean the tables.
Very quick service and friendly staff
Lady who took my order was very nice Dimpho, but the lady who called out orders was rude and her personality wasn't very welcoming Sbongile
