The food didn't take long and the taste was so amazing I could literally eat it everyday day.Food: 5/5
The place is very clean and not busy as other franchise, I don't know if it because of the location or. When comes to food I would say number one because it fresh meat and prepared fast. One thing I like about KFC outlet they ensure that they follow Covid regulation.

This KFC outlet clearly doesn't check if the order is correct before giving it to the customer. Ordered a streetwise 5 with chips and somehow the chips vanished into thin air and I only received the five pieces of chicken. I don't know if KFC will ever come right by giving good customer service. I give up!
By far the better of th.e two in Brakpan, food is good but service is starting to slide. Fast food is fast food and not much to say about anything exciting on the menu. It' KFC......Food: 4/5
The branch lacks planning, the fact that they had someone running to a nearby spaza shop to buy 1,5 litre coke since they were out of stock was unprofessional and degrading to the brand to say the least.Food: 3/5

A simple drive through order messed up bad. I called to complain about the order being wrong and short supplied. The friendly staff member apologized and assured us that the order will be corrected and delivered. And an hour and a half later still no show. Thank you for ruining our dinner, and messing us around. Not impressed at all.
