We stopped for dessert on our way home. We enjoyed our KitKat and Brownie ice creams. Just wish the place was a bit cleaner and we always wonder why it is that when staff go on their well deserved lunch breaks they do not have a proper canteen to relax? Why would they want to sit between waiting customers and othe diners enjoying KFC
I make the trip from the West Coast to Cape Town and back everyday for work and so do my workers and needless sometimes things spill over late and we have to buy food on the road to take home. I was very dissapointed last night with the quality of food and the quantity being told the pap was finished etc. I paid R300 for meals I really feel was not worth my while stopping for. I am not happy but I know they try, but still, they should technically always get it right. The staff where visibly tired but still very cordial and friendly and one could see they tried their best, but I suspose it is then an issue of where they are overwelmed and to busy.
We drove all the way from Darling and yes we know it's not that far but with the fuel prices it's a bit of a let down to drive all the way to your store just to find out , we can't order burgers, wings and a few other items... it's very frustrating to say the least...
Just ordered a Burger Zinger meal and what do you do you replace the Zinger burger with the normal chicken burger knowing full well that the customer wont come back. Please beware that this KFC will do its best to screw you over. And then you have the audacity to put a computer generated message on to make as if you care REALLY!!
Very disappointing visit this time. Came there 10 minutes before loadshedding, unknowingly, and couldn't get my order afterwards. Why do you take orders if you know you cannot accommodate the clients during loadshedding
Order placed the previous day, but still had to wait because order was not done on time. I will not use KFC for any function that my organization is organizing in the future.Food: 3/5
One has to wait for too long before you get your order and this happens everyday... They need to speed up their service.

Very disappointed at the amount of food we got for what we paid for. The regular chip boxes were not even a third full with no salt or even extra salt sachets included. We ordered 2 fully loaded box meals and were told they do not have any boxes so everything was put in separate packets. The one packet had one drumstick which was as big as a wing and the other packet had 3 zinger wings which my fiance does not eat. This is not the first time we have been let down at this branch regarding the food quantity.
