Checkers Durbanville

The best Checkers I am aware of. Good variety of goods at a generally competitive price. Includes a home section as well, with a pharmacy. It even has a Starbucks. Mince options are a bit limited and expensive unfortunately, and the baked goods are ok. The warm foods section is of a satisfactory standard as well, but fruit and veg options can be limited at times. Parking can be a problem unfortunately. Their delivery service is top notch and the central location makes it very convenient. Good hours as well which makes it a reliable stop.

The staff in this store is so disrespectful and uncooperative. You ask them for something and it's like such a mission for them to even hear you out. Even those behing the counter that help you with rolls and the salads. They don't greet, they don't say excuse me but instead they knock you out the way. They are constantly standing in aisle having conversations and you literally have to squeeze pass them or say excuse me loud enough for the entire place to hear you. I live down the road and this is my go to store but I'm starting to not want to go here any longer. However the pizza and ready made food section aswell as the butcher staff would get 5 stars unfortunately that section is only 5 staff out of like 50. Terrible customer care and service. Wouldn't recommend this Checkers to anyone

Such a beautiful store and they actually had stock of all the items on promotion. Friendly staff and fast checkout. Absolutely worth the long drive from Piketberg to there

I do not shop in store as it is always hectic. I do 60/sixty which is great. The manager Craig is super helpful. The Medirite pharmacy is well stocked and the pharmacy staff always helpful and polite

Lovely area, looks beautiful inside, staff are nice and friendly and I've known of this shopping centre since i was small and it hasn't gotten to the point where it has dissapointed me. So far, judging from an 18 year old's view, pretty great place!

Great looking store after the revamp but the staff really need to become more customer centric and parking is a big problem during normal hours...

Beggars hanging around the entrances and parking makes the experience unpleasant and some even aggresive. Wives and kids rather do not go alone during stiller hours of day.

The isles are very narrow and there is limited parking, it feels quite cramped, but the selection is good.

A very clean modern store. Amazing selection of items available. Good value. With the 3 positive points above, finding parking can be difficult. Staff very unfriendly
