Was using drive-thru. When paid they said their machine giving slips not working. Needed slip as need to claim back from work. They called manager and she said machine doesn't give slips said not my problem as I need a slip. Had to wait 15 minutes food was done just to get slip. Food was good but due to wait for slip give this rating
Absolutely % PATHETIC !!!!!! Ordered online at 14h04 receive incompleted order at 14h30. Called to ask where rest of order is and they told me they bring the rest. Called after waiting another 20min and being told that it's on its way. After 40 min then got the "OWNER'S". She responded that she see whatbis happening and get the order to me. More than 70min from the call for the order outstanding items and I'm still F%##%KING WAITING.
I real love how the staff treated me the time I visited the shop .. with such a treatment can make one visit the store 10 times a day ... love their hard working and making sure that the meal good and well prepared..
The management was pathetic and the staff just equally incompetent and had one of the stuff help me from headoffice and I'm still yet to get feedback from them. Shows the level of customer serviceFood: 5/5
Waited in the que when the lady told me she wil take my order at the next window, when I finally got to the next window and placed my order she asked me do I have cash the card machine isn’t working so after 20 min of waiting I had to leave with noting. Came back a 2nd time with cash just to be told that the breakfast is finished I will never support this KFC ever again useless staff.
I had a good experience when I took my friend through this KFC, I personally bought a ice cream and that was Devine. He was very satisfied with the "box meal" that he ordered and said it was enough food for him. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly as I ordered an ice cream on point 99. I would suggest that one support this KFC if you are a chicken lovers and they also have generators during our beloved "black outs" which we all came to love
KFC Centurion has a drive through, however if its busy they change protocol. When you get to the order booth they insist drive through to Payment Booth. When you get to Receive booth they obviously dont have the order ready.. so they soulf call it: KFC road house. Everyone in the parking lot is waiting on orders to be completed. Its actually just simpler to use order eats to deliver you meal instead of sitting in the sun waiting on your order.
I was there very early, they were still opening up shop, but they were friendly and the as usual the food was great. This is by far one of the best branches out there Parking: There is more than enough Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not disabled but I did notice that there is a ramp for wheelchairs.
This is the second time my family is sick after eating KFC from this shop. My daughter needs medical attention today after last night's meal. We will never buy from them again.
This particular store will never see me again. After making me wait for nearly 10 minutes while being apparently busy, they eventually seemed more concerned with badgering me for R2 for hungry children really, KFC? than actually delivering value to the customer. Got a mangled burger and spoonful of mash drowned in gravy with no spoon with which to eat it. Pay for your own social responsibility if that is what you're aiming for and start doing a proper job of keeping customers happy.
