3rd times a charm, Me and my partner are always on travel we come to KFC for the love of chicken and its also wonderful that they have a electric car charger for us as well. In hopes for a better experience for the 3rd time we stopped in the last 2 months we have nearly been refused service because the new management has flat out told us that , NO chicken breasts are available, NO livers are available only tenders or nuggets and at 8 pm every time we are told that we will have to wait 30_45 minutes for breasts, 20 minutes for more than a small liver all the while we stand and watch all employees gaggle and Josh about thier lives and television programs. This time we just became plain fed up. So our car already on charge wich is only lvl 2 and doesn't even give 7 kwz as advertised BMW Electric we walked across the street. To what seems to be a less than chicken place LEES, BOY WERE WE WRONG we had FRESH, GOOD, HOT chicken LIVERS and VERY attentive service, Met with a team of smiling faces , It was even one of the employees birthdays at Lee's and she busted her hind to serve us while everyone there dillagntantly cleaned Lee's facility oh and fresh clean flowers on all the tables to welcome spring it was nice . Not to mention 9$ cheaper than KFC so thanks for refusal to sell us a 40$ order because you didn't feel like doing the work KFC . I would 1 star this review but I like KFC chicken, also the electronic lvl 2 car charger was nice so I cant. But this facility 100% needs better management. So Hopefully when we come back by the Manager of KFC won't be judgmental and will FEEL like providing service to costumers.
My 76 year old mother has to have chicken in her diet so I regularly get it here. Can't believe how high chicken is but at least the food is great every time.Food: 5/5
I had to be that person tonight…. I just drove nine hours and checked into my hotel and KFC was across the street. They closed at 10 PM and it was 930 ‍ I arrived and the staff was super kind and bubbly. I couldn’t decide between a spicy chicken bowl and a classic chicken bowl because I had never tried the spicy. I toggled back-and-forth and finally decided to go with a classic. I got back to my hotel opened up my bag and they put a little sample in there for me to try it for the next time! It’s been a rough day and they made my night! Plus it’s a really nice KFC! KFC Be proud of your staff

The staff was very friendly. Prices are high but no higher than anywhere else. I really haven't had a good piece of chicken there since they opened. They have some kinks to work out. It's better than when they first opened, but I haven't gotten a fresh piece of chicken there yet. The old KFC will be hard to equal. It was the best KFC around when Jean and Les Anderson owned it. I am a huge KFC fan.
Livers were like charcoal! 3 seperate Times - Pot pie almost no filling. Wont be going back. Lees Famous Recipe so much better.Food: 1/5
I have had to park twice to ensure my chicken was fresh. Staff refused to serve if it looked old. I like Lees but no comparison to quality and quantity I receive at KFC and the price is less at KFC for the same order. The large livers are twice the size. They always give my pup a treat. I’m with KFC for life.
We ordered 2 fill up Bowles, 5pc Nashville hot chicken tenders, and 3pc 2 thighs 1 leg meal.. ordered online, picked up the good got home and they had forgot 1 of the bowls. I can let them know I'm on the way pick it up and everything is good. Get home and our 3pc meal is 3 legs instead of the 2 thighs and a leg. I did not call back, due to already having to go back once. This location is fairly new and for the most part way better than the one in Richmond, until tonight.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! THE STORE IS SET TO CLOSE AT 10:00 P.M., THEY ARE ALREADY OUT OF CHICKEN AT 7:18 P.M. THEY WERE BREAKING DOWN THE KITCHEN AND CLEANING EVERYTHING LIKE THEY WERE GETTING READY TO GO HOME WE ORDERED A 12 PIECE CHICKEN CHICKEN DINNER AND THE LADY DIDN'T TELL US THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT UNTIL AFTER WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT AND WE HAD TO SETTLE FOR WHAT WE DIDN'T WANT BECAUSE THAT'S ALL THEY HAD. THEY DID NOT OFFER TO MAKE MORE. SOMEONE CAME IN BEHIND US AND REBECCA, THE CASHIER, TRIED TO SELL THEM ,AND DID SELL THEM,AN EIGHT PIECE CHICKEN WHEN THEY WANTED SIX PIECES OF CHICKEN BREASTS AND SHE KNEW THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE THIGHS BUT TOLD THEM THEY WERE GETTING THIGHS, THE PEOPLE THAT SHE SOLD THE EXTRA CHICKEN TO,THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE, DID NOT SPEAK VERY CLEAR ENGLISH. I'M APPALLED I WILL NEVER EAT AT THE KFC IN BEREA KENTUCKY AGAIN. THE CHICKEN WAS COLD AND THE ONLY SIDES THEY HAD WERE COLESLAW, MASHED POTATOES AND MAC N CHEESE.
The drive-thru staff were OK, but the chicken was not very good; nor was the mac & cheese. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken but only got 2. With Lee's across the street and Popeye's coming to town, there really is no reason to go back to this KFC. The previous KFC went out of business a few years ago--this one new one isn't doing any better so far.
