The cashier said will wait for 20 minutes but we ended up waiting for 1hour10 minutes. Their customer service was very bad.
The burgers seemed slapped together as if they were tired of doing you a favour. Service was as good as the lady at the counter could with what the kitchen sent and the milkshake cups not sealing and messing in the car. More effort can be applied to sweeping and dealing with beggers inside of the premises.
Bought 10pce Family on Sunday. They were busy. Food and all always great. But just a bit disappointed with the 10 piece . They added all small pieces.Food: 5/5
Publicly I give three stars. They could unfortunately not make any burgers. Although they had notices up all over the shop, it was a bit disappointing. We had wraps instead. Which was awesome Food: 4/5
Food was pretty good but we had to wait a really long time in the drive-thru and there were only 3 cars infront of us.Food: 4/5
The food was poorly prepared. The wait time on the drive through was out of this world. We had to wait for about 10 mins before we got the meals‍Food: 1/5
Experienced appalling service from the lady who was working at the drive-thru. Lady named Lee. She was unhelpful and impatient. Her tone was also very disrespectful and arrogant. Manager was also unhelpful when I raised my complaint. Zero customer service from this branch. Definitely not returning to this KFC again!!!

They didn't allow people used the wheelchair access toilet maybe they use it for their own satisfaction
The meat tasted weird like it was burnt I don't know whether it was the oil or something fell in the oil and burnt leaving an odd taste I didn't finish the meat because of this. The wings were nice though and the salad and sliders where nice too. Staff are friendly, it's nice and bright toilets are clean as well. Orders don't take long too they work quickly
