Die Padstal

Very welcoming on a long road trip. This shop has a rustic retro feel. Products vary from clothes to sweets, jams to gifts.

We stopped to get Coffee along the N3 and found "die Padstal" winking on the side of the Highway.. With freshly brewed coffee in the hand we went in and were welcomed by the friendly staff. What a fantastic variety of products. From Farm fresh Cheese to Biltong and Biscuits. The shelves were packed with handmade candies and dried fruits. We were served with typical farm-style warmth and were shown around and told about all the locally sourced products. We will definitely be back for our next pit stop.

Nice variety. Well priced. A bit separate from rest of buildings but do the effort to first pop in there you will be surprised

The white lady that helped us on the 27/12/18 made a rude remark when my husband decided not to buy the lamb. We will not visit this store ever again. The two black ladies were witness to this. This was the Villiers store on the way to Johannesburg.

Friendly service! Nice place to stop off for biltong & dry wors. Variety of locally made gifts and sweets.

Went for the first time today the lady working there was not client friendly at all, would not support her in the future.

The biltong is pricey but well worth it. Could possibly be my best.

Very cool place to buy snacks and drinks for the drive home. Most of the items are homemade.
