Bongani has a best customer service . Quick thinker and very kind .. he deserve a 5 stars alone. I went to the restaurant and had made a double online order.. the ladies that were assisting me refused to assit with canceling the the faulty order.. and he came to the rescue. Best ever . It didn't even take him 5min to resolve while we waited almost 20min with the ladies that we saying it's impossible and there is nothing they can do..
Haven’t had KFC for a long long time. My husband and I stopped off for takeout on the way home from a work trip. WORST KFC I have have ever had!!!!! DRY….COLD….OLD…. Tasted like it had been sat there all day! SO disappointed. Won’t get anywhere if we go and complain. Do not buy from this store!!! If this is the standard now I doubt I will ever have KFC again!! What happened to moist juicy crunchy chicken????
Service fine. I paid over R200 for 2 meals. 1 which was the feast. And then I paid for No 8 box Master! I got a junior chicken burger! This is not the first time either... You pay so much money and this is what you get!!!!!!!
Just collected an order from this kfc. Never short on any items. In fact, we got more than what we paid for. Sipho gave us excellent service. He saw my little girl sitting in the back of the car. He waved at her and made her laugh. He then turned inside asking who i presume is the manager, if he could give her a small soft serve. She agreed and my child was so stoked. I was impressed by this small gesture of kindness. Its this kind of service that brings me back time and time again! I hope this message gets to sipho and his management team. You made my day thank you.

The service are not dad good I'm strike with the order while the staff loom at me with out help. After I join the line the Thuli told me the masjien give problem true loadsharing Please work on your service thank you m.
store can be cleaner as my table was dirty from the previous customer, service also cud be better and teller to pay attention to customers than colleague's.Food: 4/5

This is the only KFC I go to. It's not the closest to my house, but it's definitely worth the extra drive. The staff are amazing and the food is always really good.Food: 4/5
