Good service and customer satisfaction is guaranteed I am loving it
I have been struggling to get through to them on their landlines. But I managed to get them on what'sapp an PRECIOUS is the best lady to talk to. Fixed my policy an update everything over the phone an give me advices too. The Best Employee in that organization. Hope she doesn't resign....

My aunt's passing was such a shock. It was a mission to finalise everything due to her passing away in Johannesburg and actually residing in Cape Town. Kings and Queens made this painful experience much easier, they supported me throughout the process and were extremely helpful and professional. I would advise anyone who is looking for good customer service to make use of their services.
Worst experience ever. These guys don't want to honour policies and they come about will all tricks and turns to try and get out of paying for services on your policy. This is a business that's grown too big and has ledt the customer way behind. Their customer service is appalling. There is only one lady who handles claims in JHB office and she's as rude and as unhelpful as they come. The area manager Andiswa is unapologetically useless, she's out of touch and believes she's more superios to the customer. All we were asking for is for them yo honour the terms of the policy. We went from pillar to post and apparently it's because we were speaking english. I mean really guys. Randburg office, don't even bother to go there. I just received the worst experience ever and the fact that I was mourning my brother didn't even appeal to their sense of humanity. You run around for a week to get answers and meanwhile they keep blamning the customer. I'm really out of words and would not encourage not even one person to join these guys. I womder if they are even a registered FSP and which ombudsman we can put our issues to.

Very bad service reAping people and taking Advantage of vaunerAble situation to pay extra clauses. They lie abt there 3months waiting period .after paying for 6mnth they offer us nothing. Never never use the sucking service .nxaa. unfriendly stuff at doornforten joburg

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, one is saved standing outside on the street, it didn't sit well with me, although I understand though. But overall I was satisfied with their service.
