My Mother passed away in Sept 2021 and I flew to SA from NZ so I could collect her ashes and take them home with me, Thom Knight did the necessary documentation at no cost. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Keep up the great work Thom Knight team.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT EVER use this funeral director. R16500 to collect a body very close to their facility and cremate. The "urn" is a cardboard cylinder like a Pringles Crisps container which is what the crematorium put the ashes in. Greedy gluttons

I recently lost my mom very unexpectedly and was referred to Thom Kight by a friend - wow - there are really not enough words to express how grateful and impressed I was with their service. From the gentleman who answered the phone, to the ladies in the office, to the precious man who stood with my husband for nearly 4 hours at the State mortuary so he wasn't alone - and to Albert who handled the paperwork and admin with efficiency, sensitivity and gentleness.
