Decent Spur, large and busy so make sure you reserve or plan to wait for seating. Had a kiddies party and what was great is that you can get a spot outside in the play area which make it much easier to watch and look after the little ones. Service was professional and minor mishaps was quickly addressed all in all a good experience.  Kid-friendliness: Play area, menu&#39;s, coloring kits, paper masks, etc.

This Spur is great, like the franchise, but they have the added benefit of having a great kids area. There is always a lady available to help the kiddies up onto the jungle gym. The kids meal are made quickly. And they "tag" the kids incase they wonder off.

Amazing Spur for a family outing! The staff is very friendly and they have an i door play are and massive outdoor play area.  They also attach a tag to each child enering the establishment to make sure it is the parents taking them out.  Would recommend.

Enjoyable place to be with friends and family having the cheddar melt steaks however mine in still raw after ordering medium rump. Could not eat the steak. But management came and fixed my order I'm impressed. Awesome thanks. Management is on the ball.

What a wonderful venue to host a kiddies party! Our daughter had the best time there, indoor and outside play area. Thank you Steve and Talent for the good service , it was a big table and alot of kids , you did well.

Overall the place is a nice and  family friendly. Very good play area for kids. However it is sooo busy on Sunday after lunch that I think the food then doesn't get prepared proper. You'll also have to wait a few minutes for sitting.  Kid-friendliness: Very nice atmosphere for kids, plenty of slides for kids to play. The play area is outside but they are covered with tents so that they don&#39;t get too hot from the sum.  Parking: This place in situated within a complex with many other stores, so parking is a lot and you may park a bit further from the Spur  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Really had an amazing time with my family. If you have kiddies, they have a child minder so you can sit down and have a conversation with your partner. The waiter was excellent and the food was superb.

From my previous review as seen below, Kiowa Spur made efforts and followed up about the experience and offered me and my family to come back and they will not disappoint. Finally had that opportunity to go back and the experience was entirely magnificent. The food was exquisite, greatly prepared. Big ups to the team and the Manager for taking the time making sure to always keep the customers happy. Great thanks to Kennedy the Manager who coordinated the visit.  Sometimes you just sacrifice for the kids, my latest experience hasn't been that good. It might be new stuff, bouncing back from lockdown. We had to remind our waiter for drinks, tobasco, takeaway bags, dessert menus, and the ribs unfortunately are not as good as they used to. Maybe it's time to try something new recipes.

A decent Spur especially if you want to take your kids somewhere on a weekend and still have a peaceful and positive experience. The service was a bit on the lethargic side but I presume this was due to the amount of customers. It was pretty busy and we still got our food and drinks in a fair amount of time. The main 'problem' for me was that our table was a bit sticky. Equally the highlight was how clean their bathrooms are on the men side. Would go back for overall quality.

"I don't like Spur" - Is what I normally say. Trust me when I say that this Spur is different, very neat layout, with nice large windows. Food and service was excellent, waiters and managers are well spoken and came to check on us at all the right times
