The Drs are good. They charge a bit too much for the consultation. The reception is not very efficient. They dont accept medical aid and on top of it the statement is almost always incorrect. If it's not the ICD code , then it's medical aid details or the statement itself is empty. It's a full time job to chase them to give the correct one. It's not living upto it's name of being a quick family centre where one can go easily.

Am so lucky to have found Dr Preesha she is caring, meticulous and genuinely concerned about my well being. She makes me feel comfortable and I know that I am in good hands, thank you Dr Preesha!

1 star is generous. Run incredibly late on scheduled appointments, charge way above medical aid rate, when they are requesting payment from you they are very quick to reply and make contact but when the practice has to refund you, you end up with a different story every time you speak to them. No regard for client experience. Overall, this is the worst medical practice I have ever dealt with in my life.

With any medical consult, anxiety and/or fear is usually at the forefront of the engagement. From the minute I walked in with the kind and friendly reception team to when I finished my appointment with Dr Kouvelakis, I felt cared for. And that's where it starts and ends for me, kind and caring. 5 stars from me.

The best medical practice ever!! Everyone works as a fantastic team. The kindness is outstanding, everyone, from the people at reception to the doctors and nursing staff are friendly and go the extra mile to accommodate and help wherever possible. Thank you KRMC

Dr Smith is our family doctor and he is amazing. Great sensitive care and a nice guy. We have also seen some of the other doctors and they are just as good. We have also used Lancet on site and the sister was also awesome. They also have a website for booking appointments which is convenient.

Dr. Cheung is so fantastic! She's my favourite doctor because she's so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I love seeing her because she always puts things into perspective. I've being seeing her for a while and she really is brilliant. Thank you!

I wouldn't recommend this place. It was my first experience and I was referred through someone I know saying that Dr Muhammad is a good doctor. I drove all the way from Benoni for my appointment at 3 o clock and I was told to come 15 mins earlier to fill in a form. I left the place at 5 to 4 because I still had not been seen to and I wasn't going to pay R700 for government clinic services. They probably sidelined me because I have Covid symptoms, so for them it's probably good riddance. Anyway that was my unfortunate experience of the place and I will never be going back nor will I be recommending it to anyone

Dr Mohammed Asmal is absolutely terrible. Convinces you that you need to go to hospital asap and says he will arrange immediately, he then blatantly ignores you for 2 days even tho i reached out multiple times a day. Didn't prescribe any medicine. Terrible service.

I am very please with Dr. Caire Bosman and her personal assistant who went our of their way to find me a medical device I needed.  I am very pleased with the care I received.
