What an amazing company to work with! I highly recommend KMQ!  I am quite new in the industry, and I was assisted with the utmost care.  Procedures, lead-times as well as how their online system works, was explained to me so nicely when I phoned in this morning.  I have placed my order, artwork received and approved online.  Now I'm just waiting for my order to be completed.  Thank you KMQ and thank you Donna for all your assistance.  I look forward to placing my next order with you.

KMQ do not stand by the products they sell.  If there was 0 stars, this would be the score.  After purchasing 1000 tumblers with leak proof lids, of which a few are leaking - from the base.  At first the claim was declined as the tumblers could have been damaged by the branding.  When pointing out the branding was done by KMQ, coz they don't have records to check they did the branding, right?!? Donna and Lindie say they have tested some of the stock and none of leaking, therefore no claim will be honoured.  So if you purchase from KMQ and there is a problem, rest assured you'll have to sort your customer out on your own with 0 help from your supplier. A further update; The tumbler hasn't been misused, and it's still at our offices waiting for KMQ to collect to review so you can stand by your product as you claim.  Just another example of lack of effort to make right.

KMQ always goes above and beyond the call of duty to try assist and we love dealing with them. I highly recommend KMQ

I honestly cannot understand how this place is still running, its a circus, you wait so long even if you ordered and paid in advanced, nobody takes their job seriously, every time I have been there, there is a customer complaining about incorrect orders or missing items. the staff have got bad attitudes and I have witnessed them laughing after being shouted at by somebody I'm assuming was a manager. horrible service, if I never have to go back there again it would be too soon. what a joke of a business, who ever owns or operates this business should be ashamed or maybe they just don't care which seems to be the theme at KMQ Promotions.

Placed an order for 5000 card holders 1 month ago. Still trying to finalize the order. Lack of communication and poor excuses. When you ask to speak to management, you are told that they cannot share management details. Not sure why you have management if they are not contactable. Overall bad experience.

Product quality is ok, branding service and sales staff need serious training on communication skills, process management and customer liaison.  Will use them again but only if I brand elsewhere or have 3 weeks to communicate begging and pleading for what has been paid for, as naturally one can't move past  an enquiry without payment.
