As far as the car wash, very slow!!! Staff don't really seem to have any energy, prices are not visibly displayed and management don't oversee anything other than money collection. Possibly the slowest car wash I've been to. Took over an hour and a half to wash my vehicle and there were only 3 vehicles waiting.

The worst experience at a petrol station in my life. We asked the attendant to full to auto stop. He obviously didn't understand that as he clearly had never filled a tank in his life and overflowed the tank until there was a river of fuel on the floor. All the employees tried to gaslight us into saying it wasn't even 1L when it was a massive puddle flowing under the car and around the pump. Based off distance and fuel tank size we made an estimate of 9.66L wasted. To make it worse they also started throwing water onto the fuel lake. We also had to stop him from making the river bigger when filling. He didn't notice how much he was wasting. Such incompetence I've never seen in my life. Will be opening a case.

Don't try to register for Total bonus points here, no idea, no clue and couldn't care less about this customer.

Extreme bad experience, dont come here. Even you park here for a short time, the stuffs start wash your car without talk to you abd then ask you for money. It is ROBBERY, not serving.

Worst experience at any total ever!! I take a juice bottel marked as R12.00 I end uo paying R15.00 for it. I go for a ham cheese and tomato sandwich together with my wrongly priced juice aftee paying for both get back into my veichle only to find that there is no ham on said sandwich. I go back into the shop and ask friendly and as kindly as I can what the problem is and one of the staff members simply replies with :"we dont do ham anymore" and then sticks on another sticker and gives the sandwich back to me with a price tag 90c more than the original. I waited in silence for a refund and went on my way woth my juice in hand. This to me is a sign of malmanagement and unequipped staff wich has no public relation skills at all.

Dont take your car for a wash here. Possessions were stolen from my car and the manager/supervisor was aggressive when I confronted them. No more support from me

Bathrooms are so dirty and smelly. Not recommend if you would like to use the toilets.
