Koppisol Boeremusiek naweke

We camped here for a weekend during a "Boeremusiek" event. Beautiful place with large stands, well maintained and relatively level. Ablution facilities is spacious, clean and tidy. Swimming pools were clear and the hot water side of the pool was perfect. Easy access to electricity and water points. Two negatives: Our stand was fitted with a 10 amp trip switch but our neighbour's stand had a 20 amp trip switch. Sharing with them caused no more "self inflicted load shedding". Second to that is the loud speaker use to call employees or make announcements. Depending on one's distance from it.....its Loud. Two way radios may be a better option and allowing only urgent announcements on the speaker. Security is good and the music event was excellent. Not loud so that those who are not fans to still enjoy peace and a good rest. We enjoyed our stay with good value for money.

Nice place. Friendly people. Very good entertainment by GDF entertainment team. Very safe for kids. Stands big but needs a bit of attention. Bathrooms very clean and big. Not over crowded. Nice washing facilities.

A great camping ground with plenty of shade. Good oblutions. Great activities for the kids during the holidays. They have a laundry room which is a great plus. The hot and cold water pools are fantastic and the super tube is fun. Only slight complaint is that although there was a life guard she was not always paying attention and failed to put a stop to dangerous games in the swimming pool. There is a shop which has most of what you need. There is a mosque near by that did prayers early in the morning. Not the resorts fault. Don't know the schedule for prayers but if you are a light sleeper you may be woke. Up early. All in all a really nice place I would go again.

It's okay. Very old and due for an upgrade. Camping ground looks great and the ablutions are okay, needs some TLC like shower heads and plugs for the bath's. Unfortunately we had very wet weather.

Fun in the sun! No crowds and enough space to relax and enjoy the super clean pool. Hot and cold! Clean picnic spots, camping area and very well maintained with friendly staff...

As an avid caravaner I do not rate Koppisol very high. The stands are not very nice, ablution facilities are just mediocre and really nothing to do. The club lists a heated pool, but this only operational when the parknis REALLY full. My last gripe is the regular request from the owner for campers not to use their Caravans geysers, as her electricity cannot cope with the volume. At the rates charged, that should not be my problem!

Ablutions are well cared for and kept clean. Plenty of shady campsites with lovely braai areas. No smoking signs needed at the ablutions. Hot and cold pools well managed and kiosk / shop has adequate supplies.

Itsva love camping site and we camp there long years, but the owbers can seriously pay more attention to the looks of the grass lawns which were notmally green at all times. The dry season may play a role and thats why i forgive then this time. Nevertheless, the ablutions are very cleab and tolerable.

Nice grassed camping sites with very spacious and modern ablution block. Warm and cold swimming pools, waterslide and shop on premises. Central to Johannesburg and Vaal Triangle at a very descent price. Good value for money.

Terrible camping place... been here since Wednesday 27th....ablution blocks are badly in need of maintenance...blocked basin...leaking toilet...shower with cold tap that is jammed... never mind that water is running from the shower continually... some showers only have cold water that's if your lucky enough to have water at all!!! We will not be back!!
