Receptionist seems to have missed her calling as a Customs /security lady at the airport. Treated my 84-year-old mother with complete disdain when arriving for her appointment. And then... the 2-hour wait when you arrive in time.

If your into pain and pulling several shards of tooth out your gums weeks after a tooth removal while trying to avoid a serious jaw infection then Dr Decor is your man....

Poor service, waiting for nearly 2 hours and still no doctor. No information when they will be able to assist.

The service received from the clicks pharmacy in medicross krugersdorp is unacceptable. Do you realize that everyone standing in that queue is sick. I stood in that queue for 47 minutes today and most of the time there is only one chemist working. I have tested postive for covid. Then, you dont have stock. How pathetic

Waiting for a quote for relining for more than a week now. Every time I call the answer is simply either today or tomorrow. Pathetic service. I'll rather go to someone else. . I knew the moment I was told my dentist Dr Victor was on leave, there is going to be issues.

Doctor diagnosed me incorrect three times in a row. Another ocation card facilities not working causing a 30min delay, yet the secondary card machine was operating fine the entire time. Then the doctor we were assigned to left leaving us with only the previous doctor who misdiagnosed the first time.

The only reason for the 3 star is because of Dr. DR Gurnell who has been my gp my entire life. For the rest this place is a rip off. I have chronic medicine that I need a prescription for. I had to go in and pay a full consultation fee to see Dr JP Nel who gave me a prescription for 1 month only and now that I need a new prescription they want to charge almost R120 fee for something he could have just repeated for 6 months. It's ridiculous that they force you for consulting as they have your full medical history at their fingertips. Shame on you.

Not even a 1 star from them as the dentist department cant do there work at all, have been struggling to get them to send a qoute to my medical aid and to correct my medical aid details.

Ran into the clinic with my child out of oxygen, they were so helpful nurses and doctors ran to my aid, didn't follow the queue or wait for my file. Very helpful

Opens 30 minutes later than website said and doctor was still late
