Pretty much what you would think when it comes to a traditional body building gym. Lots of pros around that will let you know if your form is okay and usually enough equipment that you don't need to wait. Only cons are parking on the public street cars are visible from windows tho & no shower facilities.

Clean and well organized. A nice place to get your fitness on. The gym has a nice vibe and the management is very friendly and helpful.

It is where i current gym.i cant give them 5 stars simple because of they dont have all the equipment i need.i like the fact that they are still old school
