It's clean, i will give them that but the air-condition that is set at extremely cold settings is ridiculous, when you ask the security personnel to adjust it, they will tell you to move and find a warm place, and then staff members making noise at the corridor, i mean working at the library means you know noise is prohibited.
Closes so early that even SA student can't study after school
