It was exhilerating !!superb exhibition of young upand coming artist who were hosted by the organisation Thumbela whose founder is Sam Hlengethwa our own succesful product of Kwa Thema; diviiding workshops into 3 catergories1:printmaking ,2;art & 3photography ; these workshops were held in Kwa Thema ;johannesburg bag factory & LL editions daveyton.both rtching & lithography were covered one at LL editions and community art centre in daveyton uder Galaxy Ngwenya !!! An independant curator the renowned well travelled Fulu fhelo Mobadi curated the show *** the concept was 'young gifted and black ...' from Nhlengethwa 's idea . Another important point is that Thabo also enabled and co-facilitated the concept other important contributors were ; Rudolph Tsie ; Nico Phooko ;Legate lithography editions ; then etching Galaxy Ngwenya ;photography ;Solomon Moremong :sponsored by the city of ekurhuleni ;Springs art gallery :Bag Factory LL Editions ;AH then National Arts Council.; I want to add that Thabo in patnering with Sam Nhlengethwa showed what can be done for youth using workshops and collaborslations with proffetionals Big to you all guys inclusive of supporting staff and guest curator Fulufhelo Mobadi ; excellent outcomes and inspiring works ! 5 star grading Keep it up guys ! The art work is contemporary in that it tells the experience of the painter themselves......!

Saw the Fumani exhibition. Absolutely worthwhile and no entrance fee.
