La Caribe is situated in the Marina Martinique. The unit is comfortably furnished with the basic necessities to cater for 5 people. The unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom with bath and shower. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has one single bed and one bunk bed. The kitchen and lounge are open-plan. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a double sleepers couch facing a TV with local channels. For DStv viewing, guest need to bring their own decoder and smart card. There are braai facilities down stairs overlooking the canals. Please note that there is no smoking allowed. Regrettably no pets allowed. Please take note we charge a breakage fee of R700 (not included in quote because this is refundable 7 working days after departure once unit has been checked for damages) The cleaning fee of R500 is compulsory. This is paid to a separate service provider who cleans the units on day of departure.
