Lacoste Store- Canal Walk

Great experience, just things are way too pricey but it's a nice shop to walk in

Worst customer experience I’ve had for such a so called high end store. Staff was sarcastic and totally unhelpful. I returned my shoe and more than a week later no correspondence from anyone. When I call the store I get told there is no manager around to help. Iam het to hear from anyone regarding my shoe. I was told my staff sarcastically their is no need for me to receive any slip that I handed in my shoes because it’s a high end store… yes a high end store that have terrible staff and no management and no communication skill. Canal walk seriously need to get over themselves and start employing people who actually know what customer service is. High end store or the not… how you treat clients is of utmost importance.

Poor poor poor service !!!!like I had to beg them to open their mouth to talk to me or find the size I’m looking for the girl who helped me yesterday had no idea what’s going on in the store…nightmare!!!

Lovely shop but as a sale was on most of their stock had been depleted. The sales guys knew their stuff and adviced me to try everything on since the different cuts and materials had an impact on the final size of clothing.

Staff is very friendly, professional and extremely helpful I would definitely return to this branch again

The service and the staff are terrible!!! Unwelcoming, too slow, and you feel that you made something wrong! I decided not to buy, although I like the shirt... just because of their behavior.

Your telephone system is way to poor I just called to check for a shoe for a shoe I want to buy and the lady just couldnt help after I tried calling for so long this was bad service
