I’ve been shopping at this Spanish retailer for the past decade! Still my favourite, great quality and love the cut!

Your policies are rediculous, your security prevented from entering your store for holding sealed bottles of water. As if that was not upsetting enough, your security again pitched up to tell us that you also have a policy for no pictures while shopping for an outfit. I would caution you to find another country to conduct business in, if that is how you treat paying customers.

It offers a variety of men, women and kids cloths. The shop in Sandton City is like most of the shops in other shopping centre. I am not impressed at all about their service levels, which are non existent on floor level. The store was relatively empty for a normal sale day, when a lot of merchandise is 25% off ect. Clothes and shoes were lying all over the place. It is difficult if you search for something specific. Their is almost zero place to sit and fit on shoes. You are not allowed to being in a trolley with tens of thousands of merchandise and expose it to theft. Zara provides not trolleys or basket to put in merchandise so you have to walk around with hands full of stuff, which make shopping difficult. The stores do not live up to a big brand. Instead a down town shop in the CBD will give better service and shopping experience.

Staff are rude, managers do not care when poor service is reported. I assisted a shopper with explanation of their sizing after a staff member completely ignored her and walked away. Same experience at Sandton City, Eastgate and Mall of Africa stores, it seems to be their work culture- treat customers with disdain and rudeness.

This is not directed to zara store sandton but to zaras ridiculous return policy I was 4 days over the 30 day period The store was willing to accept the return due to the item being brand new However zara headoffice refused to accept it They should really be more understanding to their customers needs Highly disappointed

The staff can be so awful. My last experience there left me with an dreadfull aftertaste. There's no where safe to put clothing you have selected when you try more clothes on in the change room. I got out of the changeroom to see that all the clothes I had chosen had disappeared. The change room attendant couldn't have been less concerned. So, if you're shopping alone don't expect to leave with more than the 6 items you're allowed to try on.

What a fantastic shop! The clothing is really nice and fashionable, the quality is really really good and the variety of clothing in the store itself is superb. The products are slightly more expensive than at other places but is completely worth it for the quality!

Hate this place. The service is appalling. The staff don't give damn on helping and the worst part of all is going to pay. Cashiers take their own time and it's always only one till operating. I'd highly recommend going to the Mall of Africa branch.

The Zara in Sandton City is terrible. You are not allowed to take a trolley into the store. Come on guys you are in a shopping mall full of trolleys. The customers are expected to leave their trolleys at the door. Basically a Steal for All Buffet since there are no dedicated trolley stations. When I asked the security guard is it safe, he replied no. Honestly, then you leave your customers with no choice but to shop elsewhere. Even @Home, a homeware store with glass wear and breakables allow trolleys. Zara SA I will advise you to appoint a proper space planner / interior designer to assist in making your store more user friendly. Or fire your entire management - and learn to know what customers in the climate need and prefer.

Very clinical experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. A new shopping experience that is for sure.
