Lalibela Game Reserve Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape

It was an experience of a lifetime! Our guide Nikita was fabulous! She knew exactly where to look for us to see these beautiful animals every time we went on a game drive. Rooms: The rooms were luxurious like you were in a 5 star hotel in the middle of the South African plains. See our room and deck and your own pool and view from our deck of a watering hole. Food & drinks: The food was fabulous! All made to order and a different lunch and dinner menu everyday. The drink's were great also. Best all inclusive I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of them over the years.

Absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived by very pleasant and professional staff who all made our stay very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble We was staying in a beautiful bungalow right in the Centre of the reserve surrounded by stunning views, the food and free drinks were delicious An early start to the day was a knock on the door at 5am to start the safari adventure where we happened to see everything you would expect “the big five “ I have already recommended Lalibela game reserve to friends and family since returning home

Magical Lalibela. This is our 4th visit and we will continue to visit this superb Game Lodge The facilities are all 5 star and I cannot rate this Lodge highly enough. Every staff member is friendly, warm and Kind. Their passion shines through and the feeling is that you have been welcomed like a favourite family member. The food is absolutely fresh and delicious, go on diet before you arrive!!! Everything is home made, even the snacks on the game drives. The rooms are big, beautiful, very private and the bed is huge and ultra comfortable. I loved the touch of having a chocolate to greet me before I went to bed, even those are home made and yummy. Such attention to detail. The rangers are knowledgeable, fun and wonderful with children, even providing them with outings and activities while the adults take a rest after the morning game drive. There are 2 three hour game drives so we saw everything and more! A delicious welcome drink greets you on your return from your drive. Thank you Lalibela for yet another magical experience, looking forward to our return next year

Went on honeymoon at Lalibela, making our way from PE. Amazing experience. Got to see all but 1 of the big 5 leopard. The food and hospitality was outstanding, staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The staff go out of their way to make a memorable stay. 10/10 experience on the game drives

An absolute fantastic experience with the family, awesome food, awesome people and even better game drives. The staff really go out of their way to assist you and make your experience as comfortable as possible . We had strange requests from Vegetarian to Lactose intolerance, and they absolutely went out of their way to wow and accommodate us Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and beautiful Jonty our guide was awesome, Jo the host and Junior our bartender were exceptional. Thank you, we will definitely be back

20-25 head, 24 hours. Despite the inclement weather, the game rangers gave us 2 great game drives. Food outstanding. Deck lounge overlooks where bored elephants like to mosie. Rooms reset to spic-n-span if you stay away too long. All employees should be proud.
