My experience was good, good orderly client service, premises are clean... The guard by the parking lot also is very helpful... Goes out of his way to help

Fast and friendly service . Was what one would expect from them .

Takes long time to be attended. Should be quicker old aged people sit longer to get attended.

Our visit to bothe laboratories were excellent. For a mom with two boys who both recently needed their bloods taken the experience was made as painless as possible. However the sisters were caring and handle the boys with great patience and love. I was impressed beyond words. Awesome job Lancet

Very very poor after " sales " service! I recieved a account for a Covid 19 test that was done on me prior admittance to Mediclinic nelspruit which I queried a total if 4 times now, as I am a WCA patient this test is a cash up front or no test would be conducted. I keep on receiving an account and being threatened with legal action even though it is the person who captured the information incorrectly that's in fault here. I have had 2 other tests done prior to this one which is not a problem, the Lancet branch at Mediclinic nelspruit either cant sort this problem out or isn't interested. Very poor service delivery!

This lab does blood tests. It has chairs outside if the were too many clients for the well spaced chairs inside. It was clean. The staff were professional and efficient.

Stuff was helpful and understood my fear of needles. The fact that it operates 24hours helps when one is in emergency
